Welcome to my fitness blog! As an elite aerial coach, trainer, and gymnastics coach, I have rarely had the opportunity to write down all the facts and fallacies surrounding fitness, nutrition, and supplements. Up until this moment, I have shared my knowledge exclusively with athletes who could work with me face-toface. I hope this blog will inspire and educate, no matter how far away the reader.
