Aerial I

 

Start or refine your aerial skills. Learn the wraps, develop the flexibility and base strength. Beginning or advanced artists will enjoy this focused overall body workout.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Aerial II

 

Advanced aerial skills begins with a more challenging warm-up for aspiring aerialists. At this level we will train through the exhilaration of higher drops and complex combinations. 

 

Testing for Aerial II will take place on 6/6/2018

 

 

 

 

Conditioning I

Combo circus, martial arts, & gymnastic conditioning basics.

Hand Balancing

 

Hand balancing is complex conditioning of the mind and body. The program is designed based on standards set by USA Gymnastics and 27 years of elite gymnastics training experience.
